There’s nothing more satisfying than solving a tough problem and getting things running like new. When I’m not covered in grease, I’m spending time with my two awesome kids, and they keep life interesting, that’s for sure! I’m also big on fishing. There’s just something about being out on the water, waiting for the next big catch. That never gets old. I like good conversations, fresh ideas, and a bit of humour to keep things fun. Whether it’s talking shop, swapping stories, or just kicking back, I’m all about making connections and enjoying the ride."

My name is Earl Rippingale.
I am a husband, a father, and an automotive technician. I see myself as a bit of an old soul in a modern trade, mixing traditional craftsmanship with modern technologies. In my work at Mission City Motors, I enjoy the satisfaction that comes from doing the best I can for clients.
Outside of my twenty-five-year career in the automotive industry, I have been married to my lovely wife for twenty years, and we have grown our family together with our five children (four daughters & one son). Our whole family attends church together locally, where we worship and serve together. We love to have family meals together, especially if it's BBQ. Our family also has two lovable dogs Gypsy & Ensign. Other interests include boating & overnighting on many of the beautiful lakes in our area, motorcycle touring with my buddies, learning about sailing, diesels, the outdoors, and more. I look forward to getting to know you better through your interactions with Mission City Motors.

My name is David Manning. I have been a mechanic for under a year. I am a Christian.A God fearing Man. And a Man of God. I am a part of a family of four, and I love them very much. My interests include worshipping the Lord, hiking, attending church, farming, and spending quality time with my family. I enjoy being a mechanic because I like seeing things restored to their original condition. It is satisfying to me, and I enjoy my work. I like old country music and enjoy taking it slow and enjoying the life we have here on earth.
KATHY
I have been working in the Automotive Industry for 36 years. I have been married for 26 years, and I have two kids and two dogs. I love to travel and spend all of my free time with family and friends.
I also enjoy my Custom 1972 C10 or going for a ride on the back of Scott’s Harley. I am looking forward to many more travel adventures with my husband!
REBECCA
I was born and raised in Ontario, and I moved to BC in 2020. I decided to start a career in the automotive industry because I love interacting with people, and I have an interest in cars. I enjoy time with my cat, learning new things and of course, my Fiancé Jashwan.
I am engaged, with a baby on the way, due November 2025! Looking forward to all the exciting baby stuff and the challenges of becoming a new mom. I will return to MCM after my maternity leave, where I will continue to grow my knowledge of this industry and work with all these amazing people! (Especially Kathy)
